Learning Resources Fine Motor Tool Set, Classroom Set, 24 pieces, 3 years+

The Learning Resources Fine Motor Tools - Classroom Set includes 24 fine motor tools, with 6 pieces each of the best-selling tools, in a practical size for classroom use. As children use these tools to grasp, pick up, and squeeze, they develop the muscle control and hand strength needed for holding a pencil and writing, as well as for many other essential fine motor activities.

The action of the squeezy tweezers is similar to that of clothespins and helps strengthen the pincer grasp. The droppers help develop the space between the thumb and index finger, as well as palm arch strength. The scissors are ideal for practicing the cutting motion, and the crocodile tweezers guide little fingers into the correct pencil grip position, helping children get used to the feel of writing.

These tools are ideal for a wide range of sensory activities, such as sensory bins and water play, and can be used for both indoor and outdoor learning. The tools are easy to clean with warm water and soap and can be stored in the reusable storage container, which features a carrying handle. Warning: choking hazard, small parts, not suitable for children under 3 years.
