Djeco Minibrico DIY wooden set for little handymen, 18 months+, box with 6 tools

The Minibrico DIY set from Djeco is a tool kit resembling a basket, designed for easy storage and transport of the parts. It is a complete DIY set with all the essential accessories for a little craftsman, who can start exploring the world of tools in a safe and age-appropriate way. The box itself becomes part of the game, providing an organizational space that helps little ones learn to put things back in their place after playing.

What makes this set special is the way the storage box integrates into the play: the screws attach the piece of wood to the box, turning a simple container into an active element of the DIY activity. The child can screw, unscrew, and fix parts, practicing precise movements and learning how real tools work, but in a form perfectly suited for small hands. Thus, the game combines concrete manipulation with the logical discovery of how things are assembled.

The set is designed to develop motor skills and imagination, serving as a role-playing game through which little ones can have fun pretending to be grown-ups. By imitating real craftsmen, the child builds confidence, trains their hand-eye coordination, and puts their creativity to work. Each tool has a clear role, and combining them invites varied and repeatable play scenarios that support concentration and patience.

The contents include a 2-compartment wooden box, 6 wooden tools (drill, screwdriver, adjustable wrench, saw, hammer, and folding ruler), a piece of wood with holes, and 2 large screws. All parts are made of wood. The set is recommended for children aged 18 months and older and is produced by Djeco in France.
