Learning Resources Telly the Teaching Time Clock, plastic, ages 3-7, with digital and analog clock
The Telly the Teaching Time Clock from Learning Resources is a friendly pal that helps children learn how to tell time. Children can manually rotate the minute hand to set the time, and the robot displays the hour and minutes in a digital format while speaking the time in English. Only the minute hand is movable, allowing little ones to safely practice moving clock hands and associate analog displays with digital ones.
The toy features two learning modes. In music mode, by pressing the button on its head, the clock tells the child what time to set, and if they set the hands correctly, they are rewarded with a musical surprise. In quiz mode, by pressing the question button, Telly the robot asks the child questions to help them learn the concept of time as quickly as possible, alerting them when they have identified the correct time or when they are wrong.
The robot plays various fun songs and features lights, and the volume is adjustable to suit both active play and quieter moments. The clock's alarm is functional, and the product can also serve as an electronic desk clock. By pressing the raised hand, the child discovers a pleasant night light, suitable for a child's room in the evening. The product is available in English only.
The robot stands 23 cm tall and is made of plastic. The set includes a digital clock, an analog clock with a movable minute hand, a night light, and instructions. The toy operates on 3 AA batteries, not included in the set. It is recommended for children aged 3 to 7 years.
