*For babies and newborns weighing between 3.2-7 kg, the Standard carrier must be used together with the Tula Infant Insert (newborn insert), which is purchased separately. For children weighing over 7kg, the insert must be used until they can hold their head up on their own for a longer period of time and are tall enough to be positioned in a seated position with their knees above their bottom in an ergonomic M position

We do not recommend carrying your child until they can independently control their head, neck, and upper body and can frequently sit up.
