Hand2Mind Luna the Emotional Regulation and Breathing Cat, 3 years+

Luna, the Hand2Mind kitten, can help children manage stress at home, at school, or anywhere else. This cute cat is designed to support mindfulness and deep breathing, two key elements in managing emotions at an early age.

Luna can be used both to practice three different breathing patterns and as a night light to provide comfort to little ones during the night. As a night light, children inhale when the light turns on and exhale when the light turns off, a rhythm that helps them relax before sleep. The light can be set to stay on for 5, 15, or 30 minutes, depending on each child's needs.

The set is ideal for stress management and for learning breathing-based relaxation techniques from an early age, but it can also be used in other social-emotional learning and mindfulness activities. It is a useful tool for parents, educators, and therapists who want to support children's emotional development through simple and enjoyable exercises.

The set includes the Luna kitten, a USB charging cable, and 6 double-sided breathing pattern cards. The packaging dimensions are 15.2 x 12.7 x 12.7 cm, and the recommended age is 3 years and up.
