Gigo Toys STEM Robotic Pneumatic Glove Kit 139 pieces, recommended for 8 years old with assistance, 10 years old independently

The Gigo Toys Robotic Glove STEM kit is a unique engineering project through which a child builds a pneumatic glove that launches foam darts. While assembling the more than 100 pieces, children learn about pneumatics—the technology that uses pressurized air—and discover numerous interesting mechanisms that underpin the blaster's operation.

Once the blaster is built and tested, it slides onto and straps to the wrist. Pressing the trigger once launches the first dart, and pressing it twice more launches the next two darts. Additional darts can be taken from the spare clip located under the wrist to quickly reload the blaster during play.

The blaster is powered entirely by the child's hand and the amazing pneumatic system, so it requires no batteries or motors. By turning the dial, the two outer launchers rotate for a wider dart spread, and the wrist strap is adjustable for a comfortable fit. The set is compatible with many standard foam darts.

A full-color, step-by-step manual guides the assembly and use of the blaster and offers fascinating scientific information about pneumatic systems and the physics of air. The play value remains high even after the initial construction is completed. The set contains 139 pieces, an instruction and information manual, and the product is manufactured in Taiwan by Gigo Toy. The recommended age is 8+ years with assistance and 10+ years for independent play.
