Djeco Woodytwist gear and cog game 18 months wood plastic felt

The Woodytwist game from Djeco is a forest-themed gear game, designed for little ones discovering the joy of building and storytelling. Children place the gears into the holes on the illustrated wooden board to create a wonderful scene in an enchanted forest. Each correctly placed piece brings the trees and forest animals to life, turning the game into a visual and tactile adventure.

The challenge lies in finding the right path: children must choose where to place each gear so that the mechanism works and the scene takes shape. Stacking the pieces creates a 3D scene, providing depth and relief to the final composition. It is a game that invites careful observation, trial and error, until all the wheels fit and the entire forest comes to life.

The box contents include a wooden base, 8 plastic gears, and 5 wooden and felt pieces, combining different materials into a set that is pleasant to the touch. The game size is 26 x 26 x 7 cm, a suitable size for the play table or the floor, easy for little hands to handle. This variety of textures and shapes supports sensory exploration and maintains the child's interest throughout the game.

Woodytwist develops observation skills, coordination, and fine motor skills as the child matches the gears and stacks the pieces. It is made of wood, plastic, and felt. Recommended age is from 18 months. WARNING: not suitable for children under 18 months; to be used under the direct supervision of an adult. Manufacturer: Djeco, France.
