BIGJIGS Toys Garden Friends Magnetic Fishing Game 18 months+ wooden

The Garden Friends magnetic fishing game from BIGJIGS Toys combines play and learning, helping little ones develop their dexterity and concentration as they try to catch as many bugs as possible and place them back in their spots, specifically sized for a child's small hands. The game board is printed with numbers and encourages numeracy skills, being designed for 1-2 players.

There are multiple ways to play: it can be used as a puzzle, where the child discovers each number hidden under every piece; the pieces can be used as stencils for drawing; you can discuss the different types of amphibians or bugs and the environment they live in; or you can have a competition with another child. This flexibility makes the game suitable for both individual play and group activities.

The game rules are simple: two children can compete to see who collects the most pieces first. Each child has their own fishing rod to catch the bugs, and the score is calculated based on the pieces caught, keeping in mind that each piece hides a number underneath it. The player with the highest score wins, and then the players must return the little creatures home by inserting them correctly into the slots on the board.

The game is made of wood and painted with varnishes and paints. The set includes 10 magnetic pieces, two fishing rods, and a wooden base. Magnets that stick to each other or attach to a metallic object inside the human body can cause serious or fatal accidents, and in case of ingestion or inhalation, medical assistance must be sought immediately.
