Learning Resources STEM Logic Game Gearation Station 5+ years construction set with gear mechanisms

The STEM logic game Testam mecanisme (Testing Mechanisms) from Learning Resources invites little ones to build their own simple machines that twist and turn to test various mechanisms. The creativity of young builders has no limits, and the set is ideal for familiarizing children with primary engineering concepts from the age of 5.

The set contributes to the development of fine motor skills and logical thinking, supporting learning through the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) school curriculum, where children learn science, technology, engineering, and math as a single subject. This paradigm is based on experiments with everyday elements to help little ones easily understand different phenomena and concepts.

As they build, children discover notions such as force, motion, and more, developing their critical thinking. Little ones will also succeed in solving the challenges proposed in the brochure included in the set, and with a dash of imagination, other unique models can also be built. The set is suitable for both individual and group activities for even more fun and is compatible with the other STEM Gears construction sets.

The set includes 60 pieces and 10 activity cards, packaged in a box measuring 27.6 x 23 x 8.8 cm. The recommended age is 5 years+.
