Djeco Goodnight Kisses card game 3 years+, paper and cardboard

The Djeco Goodnight Kisses card game is a cheerful and easy game, perfect for an affectionate bedtime ritual. The child and parent exchange cards until the bedding is complete, then they go to sleep, but not before the little one gets their reward: the kisses, tickles, and songs collected during the game, according to the playing cards.

Designed especially for little ones, the game quickly becomes a bedtime ritual and creates bonding time between you and your child. The charming illustrations appeal to players of all ages. The box the game comes in even turns into the bed where the character gets ready for sleep.

The set contains 32 cards, 2 double-sided characters (boy and girl), 1 fabric mattress, and the box that becomes a bed. The child chooses one of the two characters and places them in the crib in the box with their eyes open, ready for bed. Each card turned over contains a symbol or illustration that tells the child what they will receive before sleep: action cards bring kisses, tickles, and goodnight songs, while Sun cards remove some of the kisses already collected.

The player must find the Pillow, Blanket, and Plush Toy (Dodo); once these have been found, the game stops. The parent gathers all the collected action cards and puts them into practice, one by one, then the character in the box is turned over to the sleeping side, and the child is ready for bed. The game offers a moment of emotional connection, develops attention to detail, patience, and symbol recognition, and banishes the fear of the dark. It is made of paper and cardboard, and the manufacturer is Djeco, France.
