Learning Resources Number Ice Cream math game for counting and color recognition 3-7 years

The Learning Resources Number Pops set turns learning numbers into a fun activity for little ones. Each ice cream treat features a brightly colored, numbered lid, and once the child removes the lid, they discover dots corresponding to the number on the lid. This allows the child to associate the written digit with the number of dots they can count with their fingers.

The color of each lid matches the color of the dots on the ice cream, so the child learns to recognize and match colors at the same time as numbers. This double matching—of digits and colors—helps reinforce counting skills and number recognition in an interactive and fun way, suitable for ages 3 to 7.

The ice cream treats are made from a material that is easy for small hands to handle. Each ice cream measures 10.5 x 5 cm, a comfortable size for little hands, and the complete set comes packaged in a 25.4 x 25.4 x 7.6 cm box, easy to store and transport between play sessions.

Children can also use the ice cream set for role-playing, simulating an ice cream parlor or shop, which adds a dimension of imaginative play alongside the counting exercises.
