Learning Resources Fraction Tower Activity Set 51 pieces, 6 years+, educational math game

Learning Resources Fraction Tower is a set of fraction cubes that offers a practical and visual way to learn fractions. The set contains 51 colorful and interlocking cubes, which allow children to build, compare, and explore fractions in an intuitive and engaging way.

Each cube represents a different fraction of a whole, and the pieces can be joined together to form simple mathematical models and clear graphics. Thus, children can observe the relationships between fractions, such as halves, thirds, and quarters, and can understand how they relate to each other within a whole.

By assembling and comparing the pieces, children can easily observe fraction equivalencies and understand concepts such as addition and subtraction of fractions or proportions. This tactile approach turns an abstract subject into a concrete activity, where each fraction takes on a distinct shape and color that the child can manipulate.

The set includes a teacher's guide, which offers activity suggestions and teaching methods adapted to different learning levels. Each piece measures 12 cm, and the packaging measures 22.2 x 19.1 x 5.1 cm. The product is recommended for children aged 6 and up.
