The SPECTRA backflow protection filter creates a physical barrier between the breast pump motor and the milk. This protects the milk and maintains the pump motor's performance throughout use. It is an accessory designed to accompany the electric pump during milk expression sessions.

This filter is compatible with all Spectra electric pump models: Q, 9+, S2 Plus, S1 Plus, Dual Compact, and Dual S. The product is delivered in a bag and contains 1 filter. Since milk does not come into contact with the filter, there is no need for sterilization, which simplifies the daily maintenance routine of the equipment.

The backflow protection filter is made of PP (polypropylene) plastic, and the membrane is made of silicone. The silicone membrane can withstand temperatures up to 100°C/120°C. To assemble, insert the white silicone membrane into the bottom cover (the flatter one), then place the top cover (the more domed one) over the previously assembled silicone membrane. To disassemble, hold the bottom cover of the backflow filter and pull the top cover, using the special grip area.

Attention! The filter must not be sterilized. It should be cleaned with a damp cloth, and you must ensure the filter is dry before attaching it to the pump. This product is a medical device accessory and has a sanitary-hygienic nature. It cannot be returned if unsealed, according to O.U.G. 34/2014 Art. 16 lit. e).
