Learning Resources Botley the Coding Robot STEM Set, coding and logic toy for ages 5-9

The Learning Resources Botley STEM Robot set is a fun and educational game designed specifically to boost little ones' interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The Botley 2.0 robot is based on the STEM curriculum (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), where children learn several subjects related to science and technology simultaneously. With Botley, little ones learn primary notions of logic and coding, contributing to the development of analytical and critical thinking.

Children can program over 80 actions that the robot can execute, such as moving forward, left or right, in reverse, identifying and avoiding an object, making a sound, or repeating a step or a sequence of steps. To program the actions, you just need to press the "transmit" button and wait for Botley to come to life and perform various movements. Each step taken by Botley covers approximately 20 cm, and little ones can organize thrilling obstacle courses for the cute little robot.

The Botley robot is equipped with LED lights on top, which indicate the direction of movement, and a special sensor underneath, which allows it to follow a thick black line. For operation, Botley requires 3 AAA batteries, which are not included in the set, and the remote control works with 2 AAA batteries, which are also not included. The set contains everything you need: the Botley robot, a remote control, detachable arms to move objects, and 40 cards.

The game contributes to problem-solving, developing teamwork and communication skills, and improving spatial awareness. The recommended age is 5 - 9 years. Attention! Do not leave packaging within the reach of children and remove any packaging before giving the toy to the child. Keep the toy away from fire and protect it from high temperatures and humidity.
