Djeco Zig & Go Big Boom construction set, 48 pieces, wood and metal

Djeco presents Zig & Go Big Boom, a 48-piece construction set from the wooden chain reaction game collection that requires careful thinking. Children can copy the 3 designs from the instruction booklet to build tracks or create their own versions, and the possibilities are endless. All kits in the collection are compatible with each other for increasingly inventive action-reaction courses.

The set combines three types of play in one. The construction game requires children to use dexterity to position the pieces correctly. The chain reaction game teaches them about the ingenuity and magic of movement chains, where each piece sets the next one in motion. The thinking game challenges them to consider how fast the pieces will move, as speed depends on weight, and to measure the distances between them.

The box contains a construction set with 43 wooden pieces and 5 metal balls, along with a 24-page instruction booklet. A demonstration video is accessible via a QR code to make it easier to understand how to set up the tracks and how the chain reactions begin. The pieces are made of wood and metal.

Zig & Go Big Boom is recommended for ages 8-99. With its weight of 2 kg and large number of pieces, the set offers hours of building and experimentation, encouraging patience, attention, and the understanding of simple movement principles. The manufacturer is Djeco, France.
