Construct It STEM Steam Locomotive and two carriages kit, intermediate level, 8 years+, metal

The Construct It Steam Locomotive and Two Carriages STEM kit is an intermediate-level construction set that invites children to assemble a complete railway model using real metal parts and tools. The set contains 239 metal and plastic pieces, along with a step-by-step illustrated instruction manual that guides the child through every stage of construction without frustration.

STEM games encourage children to develop their skills in the key disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The range of construction and assembly games with metal parts is aimed at children over 8 years old who are passionate about tinkering and building, and while they have fun, they learn the basics of engineering.

The included metal parts and real tools give children a better idea of how things are manufactured. After finishing building the steam locomotive and the two carriages, children can use their newly learned skills together with the included tools to create their own interesting vehicles and structures, laying the foundation for solid STEM-related aptitudes.

Through this process, the set helps develop fine motor skills, visual-spatial skills, reasoning skills, and conceptual development. Each set comes with easy-to-follow instructions so that the child can independently build the proposed railway model and then expand their creativity with additional pieces.
