Djeco Educational Toy Rainbow Wooden Train 18 months - 3 years

The Rainbow Train educational toy from Djeco is a wooden train with colorful carriages and figurines that the child can freely use to assemble their own little train. The set also includes translucent colored domes used for discovering colors, turning playtime into an educational experience about shades and color combinations.

By placing a dome over the figurines, new shades are obtained thanks to complementary colors. The figures are in primary colors and can be covered by a translucent colored dome. By swapping the domes, the child will create new colors due to their transparency, which stimulates curiosity and an understanding of primary and secondary colors.

Once assembled, the train also becomes a pull-along toy: the child walks with the train by pulling it by the string, making it suitable for taking first steps. This combination of free play, assembly, and pulling supports the development of coordination, motor skills, and confidence in a child just beginning to walk.

The set content is rich: 1 train with 3 carriages, 9 wooden pieces, and 4 translucent colored domes for a variety of color combinations. The product is manufactured by Djeco in France and is recommended for children from 18 months old.
