The Joie i-Bold Ash car seat is designed for children between 76 and 150 cm and covers a long growth stage, from approximately 15 months to 12 years.

In Forward Facing mode with the 5-point harness, the seat is used between 76 and 105 cm, for children up to 22 kg, meaning from approximately 15 months to about 4 years old. In Booster mode, installed with the vehicle's seat belt, it covers the 100-150 cm range, for children up to approximately 12 years old. The special Harness Hideaway compartment stores the 5-point harness when the seat is used as a booster.

The Grow Together system adjusts the headrest and harness simultaneously with ease. The headrest adjusts with one hand and is height-adjustable in 12 distinct positions, and the seat has three adjustable recline positions that adapt to the child's needs. Installation is quick thanks to the ISOFIX connectors with Top Tether; when the Top Tether is not in use, the strap can be stored on the back of the seat. The seat can also be installed using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt when in booster mode.

The elegant design with ventilation helps regulate temperature so the child's skin can breathe even on hot days. The seat is equipped with inserts that can be detached as the baby grows and has a detachable cup or snack holder. The side-impact protection is detachable and is placed on the side of the seat facing the car window, while the clearly marked green installation paths make mounting very simple.
