Djeco DIY Creative Kit Space Immersion Kaleidoscope, 7 years+, paper and cardboard

Djeco DIY Creative Game Space Immersion Kaleidoscope is a complete kit that invites children to build their own space-themed kaleidoscope. Children follow the step-by-step illustrated instructions and assemble the parts according to the guide, then discover the optical effects created by the three mirrors inside the tube. It is a DIY workshop that combines manual construction with visual exploration.

Once the kaleidoscope is assembled, children use the over 50 accessories provided to try different pattern combinations: glow-in-the-dark stars, discs illustrated with spaceships, planets, and other space elements. The set contains the kaleidoscope tube, three mirrors for the optical effect, assembly pieces and internal fixing components, caps, colored beads and fluorescent stars, 11 illustrated discs, transparent plexiglass ends, and step-by-step illustrated instructions.

The activity helps the child understand optics in a practical way, making it ideal for creativity and experimentation. As they assemble and test the patterns, the child develops patience and attention to detail, as well as fine motor skills through the manipulation of small parts and illustrated discs. Each combination offers a different visual result, which encourages repeated play and observation.
