Svoora Natural wood Kalimba musical instrument with metal tines for children aged 6 - 9 years

The Svoora Kalimba is a musical instrument made from natural, colorful wood, specially designed for small children's hands. Its surface features metal tines that the child plucks to create sweet, pleasant melodies, thus discovering the world of sounds in a simple and accessible way.

By using this instrument, the child stimulates their creativity, auditory sense, and finger coordination. Each metal tine produces a different note, and pressing them gently with the thumbs or fingertips turns play into a relaxing and educational musical experience. The Kalimba invites exploration, improvisation, and first lessons in rhythm and melody.

The instrument is recommended for children in the 6 - 9 and 9 - 12 age groups, who already have the necessary dexterity to manipulate the tines and listen carefully to the sounds produced. Due to its size, adapted for small hands, the kalimba is held comfortably in the palms and can be played anywhere, at home or outdoors, without requiring prior musical knowledge.

The natural wood from which the kalimba is made provides a warm resonance. The Kalimba was produced by Svoora in Greece.
