The shield is made of PP (polypropylene) plastic, a material that comes into direct contact with breast milk. The material is heat-resistant up to 100°C, allowing you to choose the appropriate sterilization method: immersion in boiling water or a steam or UV sterilizer. The product is delivered in a pouch-type package.

Choosing the correct size is essential for comfort and efficiency. Measure the diameter of your nipple after a breastfeeding or pumping session, then add 3-5 mm; for example, if the measured size is 20 mm, your approximate shield size will be 24 mm. Breast milk can be stored for 72 hours in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer; do not microwave or boil it.
