The BIBS x LIBERTY Colour Strawberries and Cream pacifier set (2 pack) is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The pacifiers are recommended for babies aged 6 to 18 months.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, and its round shape helps the baby accept it easily. It adapts to the natural movements of the baby's mouth during use.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.

For good pacifier hygiene, frequent cleaning is necessary. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use to ensure optimal conditions over time.

Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Proper sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is eliminated.
