The BIBS x LIBERTY Colour Chamomile Lawn set contains 2 pacifiers made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex and has a round shape.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. Thus, the pacifier adapts to the baby's sucking style and provides comfort during use. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.

The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. The recommended size is 6-18 months. The combination of natural latex and the PP shield ensures a lightweight pacifier that is pleasant to the touch for older babies.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the towel until the water is expelled. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
