The BIBS x LIBERTY Colour Capel pacifier set of 2 is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, resulting in latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The color of this set is Sage/Cloud, and the pacifiers have a round nipple and are recommended for babies from 6 months and up.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft and flexible material that easily adapts to the little mouth. This round shape is designed for the baby's comfort throughout use.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. This construction helps maintain skin comfort and ventilate the area around the mouth while using the pacifier.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.

Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through its valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
