BIBS x LIBERTY Set of 2 Colour Capel Pacifiers, Latex, round nipple, 0 months+, Dark Oak/Blush, made of natural latex
The BIBS x LIBERTY Colour Capel pacifier set (2 pack) is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The round teat is made of 100% natural latex and mimics the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth. The flexible shield around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation around the baby's mouth.
The recommended size is 0-6 months. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers must not be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.
Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized in three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the teat through the valve, press the teat with the paper towel until the water is expelled. Good hygiene involves frequent cleaning, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
