BIBS x LIBERTY Set of 2 Colour Capel Pacifiers, 100% natural latex round nipple, 0 months+
The BIBS x LIBERTY Colour Capel set contains 2 pacifiers with a round nipple, made of 100% natural latex. Latex is a material derived from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea), which is refined to obtain an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The nipple takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity and is recommended from 0 months.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. This shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution.
Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
