BIBS Colour Glow Latex Glow-in-the-Dark Pacifier with Round Nipple, 6 months+, 100% Natural Latex, Blush
The BIBS Colour Glow pacifier is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The Glow version in the Blush shade is phosphorescent, which means it is easier to see in the dark.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The teat is made of 100% natural latex, and its round shape makes it suitable for many babies. The pacifier is recommended for ages 6-18 months.
The flexible disc around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of 100% PP and designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. This protects the delicate skin around the baby's mouth and prevents the accumulation of moisture.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C, so latex pacifiers SHOULD NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the teat through the valve, press the teat with the paper towel until the water is removed. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
