The BIBS Boheme GLOW pacifier has a nipple made of natural latex, a material derived from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). After refining, the resulting latex is elastic and soft, with a texture similar to a mother's breast.

The round nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the oral cavity. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to reduce contact points with the skin. The shield is made of PP and has multiple holes that allow for air circulation.

For hygiene, the pacifier must be cleaned frequently and sterilized before the first use. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers should not be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilizing solution. Sterilization involves three steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed.
