BIBS De Lux pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, and the result is latex, an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The Violet Sky version has a round nipple and is recommended for babies from 6 months, in size 6-18 months.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that easily adapts to the child's sucking movements.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. This construction helps keep the skin around the mouth dry and comfortable during use.

Good hygiene of the pacifier involves cleaning it frequently. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C, latex pacifiers should NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.
