BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier symmetrical teat 0 months+ Sage made of 100% natural latex with PP shield
The BIBS Colour pacifier is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The symmetrical nipple takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity and is made of 100% natural latex.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth. This feature helps the nipple adapt to the baby's movements. The symmetrical shape of the nipple allows for correct positioning in the mouth, regardless of the pacifier's orientation, providing comfort during use.
The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. This reduces the risk of irritation to the delicate skin around the mouth.
Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
