BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier symmetrical nipple 0 months + Cloud, 100% natural latex nipple, PP shield
The BIBS Colour Latex Cloud pacifier is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material that is similar in texture to a mother's breast. The pacifier nipple has a symmetrical shape and is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, conforming to the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity.
The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that adapts to the baby's sucking movements. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilizing solution.
Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean paper towel and let it air dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is expelled. The manufacturer recommends replacing pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
