BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier round teat 6 months+ Peach made of 100% natural latex with PP shield
The BIBS Colour Peach pacifier is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, resulting in latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The Colour model with a round nipple is recommended for babies aged 6 to 18 months.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a material that offers a pleasant and familiar feeling for little ones. The round shape of the nipple supports comfort during use.
The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then take it out onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
