BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to create latex, a soft and elastic material that mimics the texture of a mother's breast. The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that provides comfort during sucking. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.

The shield is made of PP and designed with 3 holes to allow for air circulation. The color of this model is Sand, and the round shape of the nipple is one of the classic options in the Colour range.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C. Therefore, Latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the paper towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
