BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier round teat 0 months+ Lavender, 100% natural latex with PP shield
The BIBS Colour Latex pacifier in the shade Lavender is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The round nipple takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity and is recommended for the age of 0-6 months.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, helping the pacifier to take on the natural shape of the mouth. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, and the flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.
The shield is made of PP and designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees C, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
