BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier round teat Hunter Green 0 months+ 100% natural latex
The BIBS Colour Latex pacifier in Hunter Green is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast, suitable for babies from 0 months onwards.
The round nipple of the pacifier is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus conforming to the natural shape of the oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that adapts comfortably while being used by the baby.
The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use to ensure they remain in good condition.
Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and let it sit for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean napkin and let it air dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the napkin to press the nipple until the water is expelled.
