BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier, round teat, 0 months+, Dusky Lilac, made of 100% natural latex
The BIBS Colour Latex pacifier in the shade Dusky Lilac is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The round teat takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity and is suitable from 0 months.
The pacifier's teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, and the material it is made of is 100% natural latex. This construction aids in comfortable use and follows the child's natural sucking movements.
The flexible shield around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with 3 holes that allow air circulation. The pacifier can be used daily by little ones.
For good hygiene, the pacifier must be cleaned frequently, especially the younger the baby is. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in the microwave, in a steam sterilizer, in a UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has penetrated the inside of the teat through the valve, press the teat with the help of the paper towel until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
