BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier round teat 0 months + Dark Oak, 100% natural latex with PP shield
BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The Dark Oak version with a round nipple is recommended from 0 months and covers the 0-6 month age range.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a material that closely mimics skin texture and provides a pleasant contact during sucking. This round shape is one of the most familiar to little ones.
The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
For good hygiene, the pacifier must be cleaned frequently; the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilizing solution. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
