BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier, anatomical teat, 6 months+, Petrol, 100% natural latex with tested PP shield
BIBS Colour pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. This pacifier is available in the Petrol shade and is recommended for babies from 6 months onwards.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, conforming to the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The anatomical teat is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that adapts to the shape of the mouth. The flexible shield around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.
The shield is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes to allow air circulation. The size indicated for this model is 6-18 months, suitable for the stage when the baby is growing and needs a larger pacifier.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or sterilizing solution. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
