The BIBS Colour Latex pacifier in the shade Mauve is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, resulting in latex, a soft and elastic material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The model is recommended from 6 months and is available in size 6-18 months.

The nipple of the pacifier is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that delicately adapts to the baby's needs during sucking.

The flexible disc around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of PP, designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation, so that the skin around the mouth remains ventilated during wear.

Good hygiene involves cleaning the pacifier frequently: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized, and pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.

Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees C. Therefore, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: put the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean napkin and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the napkin to press the nipple until the water is removed.
