BIBS Colour Latex Pacifier, anatomical teat, 0 months +, Woodchuck, 100% natural latex, PP shield
The BIBS Colour Latex pacifier in the Woodchuck shade is made of latex, a material obtained from the sap of the rubber tree (Hevea). This sap is refined, resulting in latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The anatomical teat is recommended for babies from 0 months and covers the 0-6 month age range.
The pacifier's teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The teat is made of 100% natural latex, and the flexible disc around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.
The disc is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation. Due to the soft texture of the latex, the pacifier offers a natural feeling for little ones.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or sterilizing solution. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
