BIBS Boheme Latex Pacifier round teat 0 months+ Violet Sky made of 100% natural latex

The BIBS Boheme Latex Violet Sky pacifier is made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The round nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity.

The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, and the flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. This construction helps the baby's delicate skin breathe in the area around the mouth while using the pacifier.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.

Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through the valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. The manufacturer recommends replacing pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
