BIBS Boheme Pacifier Latex round teat 0 months+ Papaya, 100% natural latex
The BIBS Boheme pacifier is made from latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined, resulting in latex - an elastic and soft material, similar in texture to a mother's breast. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and adopts the natural shape of the oral cavity. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP, with multiple holes that allow for air circulation.
Good hygiene requires frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution.
Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is removed. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
