BIBS Boheme Latex Pacifier round teat 0 months+ Blossom, 100% natural latex, 100% PP shield
BIBS Boheme pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid derived from the rubber tree (Hevea). This fluid is refined to create latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The pacifier's round nipple mimics the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity and is made of 100% natural latex.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and features multiple holes to allow air circulation, in the Blossom shade.
The BIBS Boheme pacifier is intended for babies from 0 months, sized 0-6 months. It must be sterilized before first use. Proper hygiene of the pacifier involves frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene.
Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and let it sit for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is expelled. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
