The complete BIBS Vanilla Glow baby bottle set is made of borosilicate glass, a material that contains, in addition to the traditional glass mixture, boron trioxide. It is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock, withstanding freezing, microwave heating, and boiling temperatures. It is harder than ordinary glass and, therefore, more difficult to break.

If the borosilicate glass does break, however, it tends to break into larger pieces, thus avoiding the tiny shards of broken glass that can be dangerous. All parts are made of food-grade material.

The round teat resembles the mother’s soft nipple and promotes a similar tongue placement and sucking technique as when the baby is breastfeeding. It is made of natural rubber latex, a material derived from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea), refined to obtain a soft and elastic material. The teat has a medium flow, which helps soothe the baby when they have colic, and is equipped with an anti-colic valve that releases air, reducing the air swallowed during feeding.

The set also contains a collapsible funnel, which allows you to fill the bottle quickly and easily, with less waste of milk or formula.
