BIBS Set of 3 Colour Latex pacifiers, round symmetrical anatomical nipple, 0 months+, 100% natural latex
The BIBS Colour Latex set contains 3 pacifiers with different teat shapes: round, symmetrical, and anatomical, so parents can discover which shape suits their baby best. The pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast.
The pacifier teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The teat is made of 100% natural latex. The flexible shield around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and designed with 3 holes to allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C; therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or with sterilization solution.
Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it, and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the teat through the valve, use the towel to press the teat until the water is removed. The set is recommended for babies from 0-6 months old. Replace the pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
