BIBS De Lux pacifiers with silicone nipples have a specific shape that provides the baby with the proper technique for breastfeeding. The set contains 2 pacifiers in Iron and Baby Blue shades, with a universal size suitable for the 0-3 years age range. The round shield sits further away from the baby's face to facilitate airflow to the sensitive skin around the mouth.
The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The transparent nipple is made of 100% silicone, a material that retains its shape and adapts to the child's sucking needs. This round shape offers an experience close to natural breastfeeding.
The flexible disc around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The disc is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation.
Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean paper towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the paper towel until the water is expelled. Replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
