BIBS De Lux pacifiers are made from latex, a material sourced from the fluid harvested from the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains two pacifiers with a round nipple, suitable for babies aged 6 months and up, in Ivory and Sage shades.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, conforming to the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that provides comfort during sucking. Due to the elasticity of the latex, the nipple easily adapts to the baby's movements.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow air to circulate around the child's mouth. This construction helps maintain comfort during use.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100 degrees C; therefore, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in the microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in sterilization solution. Sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean cloth and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through the valve, use the cloth to press the nipple until the water is expelled. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
