The BIBS De Lux set contains 2 pacifiers made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The pacifier teat is made of 100% natural latex and has a round shape suitable for babies.

The teat is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, thus taking on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The flexible shield around the teat has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of 100% PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation.

The pacifiers are intended for children from 6 months old and are available in size 6-18 months. Being made of natural latex, the pacifiers have a soft and pleasant texture for babies, mimicking the natural sensation of breastfeeding.

Good pacifier hygiene requires frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, latex pacifiers MUST NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Sterilization involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the teat through its valve, press the teat with the towel until the water is expelled. It is recommended to replace pacifiers after 4-6 weeks of use.
