BIBS De Lux pacifiers are made of latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to produce latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The set contains two pacifiers in Island Sea and Sage shades, suitable for babies from 6 months old.

The round nipple of the pacifier is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The nipple is made of 100% natural latex, a soft material that provides comfort during sucking. Thanks to the valve, the nipple maintains its shape and adapts to the baby's mouth.

The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin. The shield is made of PP, designed with multiple holes that allow for air circulation. This construction helps protect the delicate skin around the mouth during use.

Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Latex is a natural material that can break down at temperatures above 100°C, which is why latex pacifiers should not be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or sterilizing solution.

Sterilizing the pacifier involves 3 simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over the pacifier and let it sit for 5 minutes, then remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry. If water has entered the inside of the nipple through its valve, use the towel to press the nipple until the water is expelled. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use to maintain safety and hygiene.
