BIBS Set of 2 De Lux Latex pacifiers, round nipple, 6 months+, Coral/Ruby, 100% natural latex

The BIBS De Lux set contains 2 pacifiers made from latex, a material obtained from the fluid of the rubber tree (hevea). This fluid is refined to obtain latex, an elastic and soft material with a texture similar to a mother's breast. The round nipple is made of 100% natural latex and is recommended for babies from 6 months old, in the Coral/Ruby color variant.

The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth and takes on the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity. The flexible shield around the nipple has a slightly concave shape to minimize contact points with the baby's skin and thus protect the sensitive area around the mouth.

The shield is made of PP and is designed with multiple holes that allow air circulation. The set includes two pieces, suitable for daily rotation or to always have a clean pacifier on hand while the other is being cleaned.

Pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning: the younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria. Before the first use, the pacifier must be sterilized. Because latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100°C, latex pacifiers must NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam sterilizer, UV sterilizer, or in a sterilization solution. Proper sterilization involves three simple steps: place the pacifier in a clean bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, then remove it onto a clean napkin and let it dry. If water has entered the nipple through the valve, press the nipple with the napkin until the water is removed. Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-6 weeks of use.
